Welcome to the Fall Newsletter!

As we move into fall, I’m reflecting on the power of creating space for meaningful connection, deeper Self-leadership, and lasting transformation. From recent retreats to new opportunities for learning and collaboration, I’m grateful for the ways this work continues to unfold.

Next year’s IFS-KAP Leadership Retreat with Dick Schwartz brings together leaders for an immersive experience in Self-leadership, personal growth, and connection. I’m also sharing reflections and feedback from recent retreat participants, highlighting the impact of stepping away from everyday life to engage in deeper work.

For those interested in a more personalized experience, I’m continuing to offer bespoke retreats tailored to individual and group needs.

I’m also looking ahead to the 19th Annual World IFS Conference and sharing a clinical skills manual on psychedelic medicine and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy for clinicians and facilitators interested in integrating these approaches into their practice.
